• Video camera continuously on and continuously displays multiple camera pictures on the remote operator’s screen (only available with radio modem data transmission)
• Video transmission at five frames/second gives sufficient detail to identify site activity but keeps required data transmission band-width down
• Individual still frames where movement is detected are saved in JPEG format to facilitate analysis
• Internal motion sensor initiates alarm and recording when motion is detected in the field of view
• Infrared illumination gives "night vision" but infrared light is not visible to the human eye, so intruders are unaware of the surveillance

Facility intrusion can also be monitored by way of movement sensor and/or equipment motion detection. Once triggered, the alarm emits an audible alarm siren or recorded voice message and raises an Intrusion Alarm at the remote monitoring facility. The alarm can be locally set and disarmed by a small wireless key fob (much like a remote car door device).

Remote Well Shut-in capability is activated through Zencus Data Visualization. Suitable access permissions and confirmation are required to ensure unauthorized shutdown is not initiated. Confirmation of successful shutdown is also provided.

Zencus have added vibration sensing to the Mono Transmitter range. These are self-contained Mono Transmitters that include a piezoelectric vibration sensor. The units can be provided with piezoelectric vibration sensors of differing sensitivity e.g. to monitor rotating equipment or flow induced vibration in pipe-work, etc.
