| Overview |
The Zencus Data Visualization (ZDV) Suite is a suite of distributed applications
managing data acquisition, storage and visualization. The application
suite comprises :
- ZDV Listener®: Receives data from a Zencus Wireless Network and
third party sources and stores the data in OSIsoft’s ECHO data historian.
ECHO OPC HDA server allows data access from OPC clients and has a
proprietary to link to OSIsoft’s PI.
- ZDV Studio®: Provides visualization of process and diagnostic data via
Windows or Web interface, with intuitive graphical displays, data reduction,
analysis and trending functions, data quality and stability analysis
and export functions to third party applications such as Microsoft Excel®
and portable document format (PDF). All data access is controlled by
user configurable multi-level password authentication.
- ZDV Alert®: Monitors data, provides process diagnostics, triggers user
defined alarms and notifies users via SMS text or email. Alarms
include standard range based, multi-variable and diagnostic analysis.
- ZDV Report®: Sends scheduled user configurable reports via email to
users or user groups e.g. daily production data summarized and
emailed prior to morning meetings, or system health checks sent to
the System Administrator.
